This is a rare opportunity to become a 12D specialist within EIC, providing technical expertise across a portfolio of transport, infrastructure and renewable energy projects.You'll work alongside engineers, digital specialists and project teams to deliver design solutions that support some of Australia's most significant infrastructure projects across the wider CIMIC Group.As part of EIC's Civil design team, you'll play a key role in shaping design outcomes, supporting engineering teams and building 12D capability across the business.About EIC ActivitiesEIC Activities is the engineering and technical services business of the CIMIC Group.Our specialists support the delivery of major projects across the Group, bringing together engineering, digital, design and technical expertise that helps drive better project outcomes.Working within EIC means collaborating with experts across multiple disciplines while contributing to landmark projects delivered by leading businesses including CPB Contractors and UGL.The OpportunityAs an integral part of EIC's design team, you'll deliver detailed design solutions, including earthwork modelling, geometric alignment design, precinct designs and contribute to high-quality project outcomes across the business.You'll also play an important role in strengthening 12D capability, supporting teams and driving consistency in design delivery across a diverse range of infrastructure and renewable energy projects.ResponsibilitiesDevelop civil design solutions using 12D and related design platformsProduce concept and detailed design modelling outputsDeliver detailed design outputs across roads, rail, aviation, tunnels,



active transport, Data Centres and renewable energy projects, including transmission lines, wind farms, BESS sites, and solar farmsPrepare and validate design models, drawings and documentationSupport bid development and project delivery teamsContribute to digital engineering, design innovation and continuous improvement initiativesCollaborate with engineering and technical specialists across the CIMIC GroupShare technical knowledge and support the development of best practice 12D workflows across the businessAbout YouRelevant civil design experience within infrastructure project delivery environmentsConfidence in sharing knowledge and expertise to help elevate 12D capability across the businessExperience developing civil design models and detailed design documentationExperience across geometric design and earthworks modelling (any drainage design experience is a bonus)You thrive in a high-trust, high-accountability environment where expertise, initiative and ownership are valuedWhilst not a requirement, any exposure to AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D will be viewed favourably, as well as familiarity with BIM environments, Navisworks, InfraWorks, GIS platforms and design automation tools.Why Join EIC?
