This is a key leadership role, responsible for driving the delivery of medium to large-scale projects across a diverse portfolio, including defence, commercial, health and transport.This opportunity will suit a well-established consultant who enjoys leading projects, developing people and contributing to a high-performing, collaborative team, within a workplace that genuinely prioritises flexibility, trust and balance.The RoleIn this role, you will:Lead the mechanical design and delivery of medium to large-scale building services projectsTake ownership of project outcomes from concept through to constructionProvide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers across the teamManage project scope, programme and budget, ensuring successful delivery outcomesCoordinate closely with multidisciplinary teams, architects and external stakeholdersAct as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term relationships and repeat workReview designs and documentation to ensure technical quality, compliance and constructabilityYou will contribute across a diverse portfolio spanning defence, commercial, health, education and transport, offering solid project variety and strategic input into key projects.About YouPlease note:
