Level 2/3 ServiceNow Practitioner — DefenceEolas Solutions is looking for a Level 2/3 ServiceNow practitioner to start immediately in support of work in Defence.This is a full time, confirmed position, not a talent-pool or market-testing exercise.Location: CanberraSecurity clearance: Current NV1 or higherStart date: ImmediateTotal remuneration: $160,000–$180,000 including superannuationThe role requires someone who can:Work at Level 2/3 with limited direction and take ownership of delivery outcomesConfigure, develop and maintain ServiceNow capabilitiesTranslate business and technical requirements into practical platform solutionsInvestigate and resolve complex platform issuesSupport testing, deployment, documentation and knowledge transferWork directly with Defence stakeholders and delivery teamsApplicants must have:Demonstrated ServiceNow delivery experienceExperience working in DefenceCurrent NV1 security clearance at minimumStrong stakeholder engagement and written communication skillsThe ability to work in CanberraRelevant ServiceNow certifications will be viewed favourably.
