With more than 36 years of experience as an ASX‐listed business, we're recognised for our fitout and refurbishment expertise while continuing to expand our capability across design and construction, modular delivery, façade remediation and complex new build projects.You'll play a key role in:As a Contracts Administrator in our Sydney team, you'll support the commercial delivery of a large-scale, landmark Data Centre project—helping manage contract risk, protect profitability and keep delivery on track.Working alongside Project Managers, Commercial Managers and project teams, you'll turn complex contract detail into transparent, practical guidance.
You'll support smart commercial decisions and build trusted relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.This is a hands‐on prospect to build your experience on a high-profile project, backed by experienced leaders, strong systems and a team-oriented team that knows how to deliver.Key responsibilities:Review head contracts and identify commercial risk earlyPrepare clear tender analysis, including scope, exclusions and key commercial considerationsManage subcontracts, purchase orders, progress claims and variationsDrive accurate cost reporting, forecasting and financial controlProcess invoices and client claims in line with contract requirementsIdentify risks, opportunities and profit improvement strategiesMaintain compliance across contracts, claims, payments and trade lettingKeep project data accurate in SHAPE systems,
