Reporting to the Manager Human Resources, you will lead workplace health and safety initiatives, support injury management and workers compensation programs, and help drive a strong safety culture across the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide WHS advice and support to leaders and employees.Manage incident investigations, inspections, audits,



and regulatory reporting.Support injury management and return-to-work processes.Monitor safety performance and recommend continuous improvements.Deliver WHS training and awareness programs.Review and develop WHS policies, procedures, and systems.About YouQualification in Work Health & Safety or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.Minimum 3 years' experience in a WHS advisory or leadership role.Robust knowledge of WHS legislation, risk management, and compliance.Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Current Class C Driver Licence.What's on Offer?
