This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader who enjoys a fast-paced environment, values safety, and wants to make a real impact on residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects across the ACT region.As the leader of our plant team, you'll oversee daily operations, coordinate people and resources, champion a solid safety culture, and ensure our customers continue to receive the high-quality service Concrite is known for.What You'll Be DoingLeading, supporting and coordinating a team of agitator drivers and plant employeesManaging the supply of raw materials including cement, aggregates, sand and admixturesDriving a positive safety culture through pre-start meetings, toolbox talks and incident reportingOverseeing plant maintenance, housekeeping and operational performanceBuilding strong relationships with customers, dispatch, drivers and internal stakeholdersManaging plant costs, raising purchase orders and supporting operational efficiencyWhat You'll BringPrevious leadership or supervisory experience within a manufacturing, construction,
