Woods & Co are currently partnering with a well-established residential builder who specialise in Non-Retail projects, to recruit a Project Administrator to join their growing team.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within the construction industry.
Working closely with experienced Project Managers, you will play a key role in supporting projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring documentation, approvals and project administration are delivered accurately and on time.If you are highly organised, enjoy working across multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.The RoleYou'll be responsible for managing the administration of a portfolio of projects, ensuring key milestones are met and providing support through the entire project lifecycle.Your responsibilities will include:Coordinating projects from pre-construction through to onsite deliveryReviewing tender documentation and setting up new projects within internal systemsCoordinating approvals, permits, insurances and authority applicationsLiaising with estimators, consultants, subcontractors and clients to ensure documentation is completePreparing contracts and coordinating contract executionOrdering surveys, engineering reports, soil tests and other pre-construction requirementsTracking RFIs, variations, approvals and project milestonesAssisting with project forecasting, reporting and program updatesProcessing invoices, progress claims and maintaining project cost recordsSupporting site teams within project administration throughout constructionCoordinating practical completion documentation, occupancy permits,
