About the Role
As the Campus Coordinator, you will lead the delivery of high‐quality fitness education while overseeing the day‐to‐day coordination and operation of the campus.
This role combines delivery and assessment, student mentoring, campus coordination, and leadership responsibilities within an education workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the campus education team to deliver high‐quality student outcomesDeliver engaging face‐to‐face classes, workshops, and practical training sessionsDeliver Certificate III and IV in Fitness qualificationsDeliver First Aid and CPR training where requiredTrain, assess, and support students in both classroom and practical learning environmentsDemonstrate and supervise practical assessments within a commercial gym environmentProvide constructive feedback and ongoing student supportMaintain a professional, safe, and positive learning environmentEncourage student engagement, motivation, and career developmentCollaborate with internal departments to support a positive student experience and campus outcomesOversee the day‐to‐day coordination and presentation of the campus, including classroom organisation, equipment management, and liaison with the facility management.Monitor student attendance, progression, completions, and wellbeing to support positive training outcomes.Complete administrative and compliance‐related tasks related to training delivery and campus operations

About You
Certificate III in FitnessCertificate IV in Fitness (or higher)Current First Aid and CPR qualificationsCurrent Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)Minimum 5 years' experience working in the fitness industryStrong organisational and time management skillsAbility to lead by example and work autonomouslyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA passion for mentoring and helping others succeedConfidence managing classroom environments
Highly Regarded
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE***** or equivalent)Diploma of Sport, Coaching or related fieldExperience in sports coachingPrevious training, presenting, or teaching experience
