This role involves working with Project Managers, Architects, Engineering Professionals, owners and others to deliver projects successfully across the windows and doors manufacturing sector.Key responsibilitiesDeveloping, reviewing and negotiating variations to programs, projects and servicesResponding to inquiries and resolving problems concerning programs, projects, services provided, and persons affectedManaging paperwork associated with programs, projects and services providedWorking with Project Managers, Architects, Engineering Professionals, owners and others to ensure that goals are metAdvising senior management on matters requiring attention and implementing their decisionsOverseeing work by contractors and reporting on variations to work ordersPreparing and reviewing submissions and reports concerning the organisation's activitiesCollecting and analysing data associated with projects undertaken, and reporting on project outcomesAbout youExperience in construction,



windows and doors, manufacturing, engineering, or a related industryStrong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and competing prioritiesProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with ERP systems and project management software is highly regardedAutoCAD experience is an advantageFluent English and Mandarin requiredValid Australian Driver Licence (required)Current White Card (required)Experience in estimating, customer service, or sales support is advantageousAbout usGreen Life Windows and Doors is a leading Australian manufacturer of high-performance aluminium window and door systems.
