The Site Supervisor will oversee and manage daily construction operations, ensuring compliance with project timelines, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Key responsibilities include supervising on-site teams, coordinating with project stakeholders, monitoring equipment and resources,



and maintaining documentation.
The Site Supervisor will ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations, fostering teamwork and effective communication among crew members.QualificationsProven experience in site supervision within civil construction, with knowledge of project management and construction methodologiesStrong understanding of quality management, environmental sustainability, and safety complianceLeadership skills with experience in managing teams and developing teamwork on-siteExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address on-site challengesEffective communication and stakeholder coordination for smooth project executionFamiliarity with the standards ISO****, ISO*****, and AS/NZS**** is advantageousA formal qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferredAbility to embrace challenges, adapt to new situations, and work in a rapid-paced environment
