Our team brings together experience across construction, estimating, project management and development, allowing us to approach projects from both a construction and commercial perspective.We're now looking for an experienced construction professional who is ready to step up, take ownership and grow with the business.This is not a role where you'll be stuck doing the same thing every day.
You'll have exposure across estimating, scheduling, procurement and project delivery, working closely with our directors, trades, suppliers and clients to keep projects moving and achieve great outcomes.ABOUT YOUWe're looking for someone who is organised, switched-on and genuinely enjoys construction.You might currently be working in estimating, scheduling, site supervision or project coordination and be ready for the next step in your career.You'll ideally have:3-5+ years' experience in the Perth residential construction industryExperience across single and double-storey residential projectsStrong ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawingsExperience with estimating,



scheduling or construction supervisionStrong numerical and commercial understandingExcellent organisational and time-management skillsA positive, can-do attitude and ability to work as part of a teamThe confidence to communicate with clients, trades, suppliers and consultantsA genuine interest in building and delivering quality projectsMost importantly, we're looking for someone who takes ownership.
