Positive Behaviour Support Plans, Functional Capacity Assessments and Psychosocial AssessmentsMaintain accurate and timely case notes and client recordsMonitor and evaluate client progress and outcomesRequirementsBachelor/Master of Social Work (Accredited Mental Health Social Worker advantageous)Membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)NDIS Approved Behaviour Support PractitionerProfessional Indemnity InsuranceHold a valid Blue Card and Yellow cardHold an Open Queensland Drivers LicenceHold a current National Police checkCompleted NDIS Worker Orientation ModuleCompleted Supporting People to Stay Infection Free moduleCompleted First Aid & CPR TrainingCommitted to continuing professional development and awareness of current and emerging evidence-based practicesHave excellent time management skills and be able to work autonomously.Have exceptional communication, interpersonal and social skills and work from a client centred approach.Have a friendly, positive attitude and approach and be willing to participate within a caring team environment.Confident with report writing and Microsoft suite.Why Work With Us?
