This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in strengthening quality systems, improving compliance frameworks, and supporting a business undergoing significant transformation.Based inCarrum Downs, this position offers the opportunity to influence strategic quality outcomes while working closely with senior leadership.The OpportunityThis is not a traditional Quality Assurance role.You'll be the most senior quality specialist on site, taking a consultative and advisory approach to reviewing existing systems, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing sustainable quality and compliance frameworks across the business.Working alongside an established QA team, you'll provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and partner with stakeholders to ensure quality systems meet both customer and regulatory expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct a comprehensive review and gap analysis of existing quality and compliance systemsAssess current processes against future business and regulatory requirementsIdentify compliance risks and recommend practical improvement strategiesDevelop and deliver an implementation road mapfor quality system enhancementsLead quality improvement projects over a nine-month implementation periodBuild, improve and standardise quality management systems,
