You will join a complex mining and processing operation in North Queensland, providing site-based safety leadership across a workforce of approximately 200 personnel.
Working on an 8/6 roster, you will play a key role in strengthening safety systems, processes, governance and risk management across the operation.You will work closely with operational teams and multiple contractors, supporting effective safety performance and ensuring robust processes are embedded across the site.
You will need to work confidently through complex operational environments, bring structure and consistency to existing systems, and operate with a high level of autonomy.This is initially a contract chance with a view to permanent employment.
