It's an opportunity to become a trusted advisor to schools and education providers, helping them transform their spaces with innovative furniture solutions tailored to their needs.You'll enjoy the autonomy to manage your territory, build long-term partnerships, identify new opportunities, and drive sustainable business growth.What You'll Be DoingDeveloping and growing relationships with existing education and commercial customersIdentifying and securing current business opportunities across your territoryManaging the full sales cycle from prospecting through to project completionConducting client meetings, product presentations and site visitsProviding consultative,

You have a track record of achieving results, managing client portfolios, and developing new business through a consultative approach.Experience within education, commercial interiors, furniture, fit-out, workplace solutions or related industries will be highly regarded.
However, we're equally interested in candidates with strong B2B sales experience, a growth mindset, and the confidence to establish trusted customer relationships.Most importantly, you'll bring:Proven success in B2B sales and business developmentStrong relationship-building and stakeholder management skillsA proactive and self-motivated approachExcellent communication and presentation skillsThe ability to manage multiple opportunities and projects simultaneouslyA valid driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout the territoryLocationThis hybrid role covers Melbourne's Inner North, South East and Bayside suburbs, including St Kilda, Malvern, Caulfield East, Northcote, Collingwood, Sandringham, Clifton Hill and Bellfield.
