As the Change Manager for Austal Defence Australia (ADA), you'll be responsible for establishing and maintaining the Organisation Change Management strategy, designing and implementing Organisational Change Management practices, processes, and conduct activities in line within the Program Capability Strategy Plan and Transformation Plans.

You'll Need




Undergraduate Degree or equivalent in a relevant fieldStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain productive working relationships across diverse stakeholdersStrong project management and organisational skills; able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneouslyApplication of Organisation Change Management methodologies and frameworksMinimum 8+ years experience leading, facilitating and managing change in complex organisational environments, including setting change management strategies and the design and implementation of change management practices, processes and activitiesDemonstrated experience in mapping change requirements for organisational culture, governance, capabilities, skills and rolesCompetent in developing maturity mapping and development planningAdept in design and delivery of sustainable change in a long term, complex transformation settingConfident in communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders from enterprise management to front line staffProven experience in growing a change management team in a maturing organisationEligibility for a Defence Security Clearance
