friendly and close-knit working environmentLong-standing landlords and tenants who value the service they receiveThe PositionThis is a hands-on portfolio management role where your focus is exactly where it should be - looking after your landlords, tenants and properties exceptionally well.With leasing, accounts and a significant amount of administration taken care of, you'll have the time and support to build relationships, stay on top of your portfolio and provide the high level of service this agency is known for.You'll be responsible for:Managing a quality residential portfolioBuilding strong relationships with landlords and tenantsRoutine inspections and property maintenanceRent reviews and lease renewalsArrears managementManaging repairs and liaising with tradesHandling tenancy matters and resolving issues proactivelyEnsuring clients receive responsive, personal and professional serviceThe PersonCulture fit is incredibly significant here.You'll already have experience in residential Property Management and be confident managing your own portfolio, but just as importantly, you'll be someone who is warm, positive and genuinely enjoys dealing with people.You don't need someone looking over your shoulder.
You're organised, accountable and know what needs to be done - and you'd love to work for a Principal who gives you the autonomy to get on with it.This is an environment where flexibility works both ways.
