The onshore team is four people, supported by two offshore staff - and we're growing.About the roleThis is the review seat in the practice.
You'll work across a broad portfolio of trades, construction and project-based SME clients, reporting directly to the Director.
Your job is to make sure the work leaving this office is right, on time, and communicated properly - and to build client rapport.You'll allocate and review the work of our staff, coach them to lift their technical standard, and take the moderately complex advisory and tax planning conversations yourself.
This is a hybrid role based in Torquay, paying $100,000 - $130,000 + SUPER.What you'll doReview financial statements, tax returns and BAS across companies, trusts and partnershipsAllocate work to staff,
