This is: the jobWe're seeking an experienced SAP Training Lead to drive end-to-end learning delivery across a large-scale SAP S/4HANA Transformation Program.Commencing in late August ****, on an initial 8-month contract, this role will lead the full training lifecycle, from training needs analysis and capability planning through to solution design, training delivery, adoption, and post-go-live support.
You'll work closely with Change Managers, SMEs, Functional Consultants, and business stakeholders to ensure users are equipped to successfully navigate new processes and systems.This is an opportunity to take ownership of a critical workstream within a major enterprise transformation, shaping capability uplift and driving successful adoption across the organisation.This is: what you'll doLead all phases of the training workstream across the SAP S/4HANA transformation programConduct Training Needs Analysis and develop comprehensive capability and learning plansDesign role-based learning solutions using instructor-led, virtual, digital, and self-paced formatsOversee the development of training materials, user guides, learning collateral, and knowledge resourcesManage training schedules, environments, participant engagement, and delivery activitiesCollaborate with Change Managers, SMEs, Functional Consultants, and business leaders to align training outcomesDrive training communications and readiness activities in line with project milestonesReport on training progress, learner participation, adoption metrics,
