This role is for someone who can do more than manage operations.
You must have proven Local Area Marketing (LAM) experience and demonstrated success growing store sales through local partnerships, activations and community engagement.Key responsibilitiesLead, coach and support Store Managers across multiple locationsDrive store sales, profitability and operational performanceMonitor labour, COGS, wastage and key store KPIsManage recruitment, interviewing and staffing requirements across the groupDevelop Store Managers, 2ICs and future leadersDevelop and execute a LAM strategy for each storeBuild partnerships with local businesses, gyms, schools, sporting clubs and community groupsGrow catering, corporate and local sales opportunitiesCoordinate local promotions,



events and activationsTrack and report on sales results generated from LAM activityAbout youProven LAM experience within QSR, hospitality or food retail is essentialDemonstrated experience growing store sales through Local Area MarketingMulti-site or senior store management experienceStrong recruitment and people-development experienceCommercial understanding of sales, labour, COGS and profitabilityConfident relationship builder who can create opportunities outside the four walls of the storeHighly organised, proactive and accountableWe want someone who can build solid teams, improve store performance and actively create new revenue opportunities within each local market.If you have successfully grown hospitality or QSR stores through LAM and love developing people and businesses, we'd love to hear from you.
