you will be responsible for leading site-based plumbing teams across commercial projects, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.You will coordinate labour, materials and subcontractors while maintaining strong client relationships and driving continuous improvement across project delivery.What You'll DoLead and supervise site-based plumbing teams across commercial projectsDrive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with statutory and company requirementsCoordinate labour, materials and equipment to optimise project deliveryMaintain quality control throughout all stages of worksRead, interpret and manage drawings, specifications and design changesBuild strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholdersSupport project planning, scheduling and delivery outcomesContribute to the ongoing growth and development of the plumbing divisionWhat You'll BringCurrent Driver's Licence and White CardMinimum 5+ years' experience in a Site Manager role within commercial plumbingStrong experience across commercial plumbing systems including fire services, hot water systems, TMVs, water filtration and tempering systemsProven ability to coordinate labour, materials,



tools and site resourcesStrong understanding of plumbing standards, compliance and best practiceExperience working on complex commercial and/or civil projectsProficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office applicationsStrong leadership, communication and problem-solving skillsFlexibility to travel to regional projects when requiredWhy Join McMahon Services?
