As CI Lead for our Primary Processing Plant, you will identify and lead plant-wide continuous improvement initiatives and programs to optimise efficiencies and drive performance across the site.
Working closely with site leaders, you will establish and standardise processes and systems to facilitate and embed a high-performance culture.We are looking for someone who can balance analytical and CI tool-based methodologies with a proactive and people-focused, hands-on approach.
You will be confident to challenge processes, implement change and effective in engaging the entire team by applying smarter ways of working.Responsibilities include:Deliver the site's CI program to meet targets across yield, labour and other factors, identifying areas of highest potential to generate returns and drive the business towards world's best practicePartner with and influence key stakeholders to establish, implement and embed standardised processes across the primary processing siteLead continuous improvement programs to support the achievement of the site's strategy, ensuring CI initiatives are successfully rolled out,



fully integrated and embraced to maximize efficiencies and performanceMonitor and report on return on investmentCollect and analyse data and present insights to decision makers, communicating findings in a clear and concise wayUtilise CI methodologies to embed the CI program and identify and drive change across the siteYou will bring to this roleExperience in delivering CI programs and introducing measurable and effective methodologies in a complex manufacturing environmentAdept at working with data and performing statistical analysis to provide meaningful and insightful data to aid decision makingSound knowledge of CI frameworks and methodologies (Six Sigma certification preferred)Strong written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively across an organisationAbility to work under pressure in a quick-paced environment to meet deadlinesProven ability to engage and influence stakeholders, implement change, and adapt in a dynamic, ever-changing food manufacturing environmentAbility to the CI concepts and principles across a wide audience, from senior management to front-line employeesAbility to monitor and measure performance and provide direct feedbackWe're looking for people who arecurious, caring, courageous and committed to join us.
