As we grow, we need someone who can bridge the gap between site and office - keeping projects moving, crews coordinated, and standards high across every job.About The RoleThis is a hybrid Site / Office role - part of your week will be spent managing crews and interacting directly with clients on site, and part will be spent on reporting, scheduling, and admin.
You'll be the link between the field and the office, making sure jobs run safely, on time, and to a standard our clients trust and expect.If you're a proactive professional who enjoys engaging and leading teams, driving exceptional project standards and building strong client relationships, then we'd love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesOverseeing day-to-day delivery of maintenance and remediation projectsLead and coordinate field teams on rope access and working-at-heights maintenance projectsAct as the primary point of contact for clients on site - managing expectations, resolving issues,



and building trustPlan and sequence work to keep projects on schedule and within scopeIdentify and solve problems proactively before they become delays or safety issuesPrepare and manage site documentation, which includes SWMS, work methodologies, and daily/weekly site records (approx. 20% of the role)Drive a strong safety culture across all work sitesTrade or industry qualifications relevant to construction/maintenance - preferably in Carpentry or GlazingMinimum 10 years' trade experience working on construction or maintenance projectsProven experience leading a team on siteConfidence dealing directly with clients - clear communicator, comfortable managing relationshipsStrong administrative discipline - comfortable with reports, documentation, and schedulingA proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem solvingWhat we offerApex Access Solutions is a growing company with real career progression as we scale.
