Due to anticipated work in the pipeline they are recruiting an Insolvency Accountant with 4+ years experience to join the team as Supervisor or Manager (depending on experience).
The RoleThey are looking for a career minded Accountant to join their team.
Duties include:day to day file management of insolvency appointments (CVLs, court liquidations, VAs, receiverships, SBRs, bankruptcy etc)day to day management of workflow and junior staff membersattending sites to inspect, collect and record assets,



as well as books and recordsliaising with directors, employees, creditors and other stakeholders(financiers, valuers, auctioneers, lawyers, ATO etc)collection and investigation into company books & recordsmanage sale of assets and/or sale of business as a going concernmanage ongoing trading of businessinvestigations into insolvent trading, voidable transactions and offences committed by officerspreparation of s533 report and other statutory reports to ASICSkills and Experience4+ years insolvency accounting experienceBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, law or relatedCompleted or nearing completion of theCA, CPA and/or ARITA professional courseBenefitsStudy support (CA, CPA and ARITA) and staff training for continuing professional development.Hybrid work arrangement + other staff perks.This is a highly visible role where there is a huge opportunity to contribute and work with the Senior Managers and Partners to take this successful practice to the next level.
