This is a critical role, with immediate impact required to stabilise and drive a complex, multi-stream initiative operating in a high-visibility, executive environment.You will take ownership of end-to-end delivery coordination.
This role requires a hands‐on leader who can operate confidently at a senior level, align diverse stakeholders, and drive tangible outcomes within a challenging and fast‐paced program.To be considered you MUST have delivered an end-to-end data transformation program.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate delivery across multiple program streams, ensuring alignment and momentumEngage senior stakeholders and provide clear, consistent communication at executive levelDrive governance,



change and capability initiatives to support long‐term program successOversee service transition and ensure sustainable operational readinessStep into a pressured environment and quickly bring structure, clarity, and delivery focusDemonstrated ability to manage complex, concurrent workstreams across enterprise environmentsStrong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working closely with senior leadershipDeep experience within the data domain beyond general project management capabilityExposure to contemporary data platforms such as Databricks is highly regardedThis is a high-pressure, high-impact role requiring a delivery-focused leader who is committed to building lasting capability, not just short-term outcomes.
