is accountable for end‐to‐end service delivery within the Invoice‐to‐Cash Collections and Dispute process for ANZ market cross all sectors, as part of J&J; Global Services Finance.
This role owns complex, strategic customer portfolios, drives sustainable cash outcomes through sound risk management, and customer‐centric collections strategies.
This role reports to the I2C Manager.Key Responsibilities:1) Be compliant with applicable laws and regulations, and follow guidelines in the J&J; Credo2) Maintain Operational ExcellenceStrategic Portfolio Ownership & Market EngagementCross‐Functional Engagement & Enterprise AlignmentCompliance, Governance & Risk AccountabilityQualifications:EducationBachelor's degree or equivalent is required, preferably in Accounting or Finance or related business discipline.CPA, CMA, MBA or other relevant professional certifications are preferred.Experience & BackgroundMore than 6 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Finance, Invoice‐to‐Cash operations.Strong background in Finance, AR processes, and compliance requirements.Proven experience across the end‐to‐end Invoice‐to‐Cash process (ex.
