The Entertainment Center Supervisor position will be responsible for the assisting the Managers of the facility with leading on a daily basis including, staffing and training of all hourly staff, cost control, service standards, operational procedures and policies, guest relations, sanitation, environment control, cash handling, staff motivation and safety and security.
The Supervisor must be the leader of the shift with the managers and create an environment that encourages ownership and accountability.
Supervisors are expected to maintain the quality and ethical standards set by Red Hawk.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESSupervise daily operations: staffing, scheduling, labor, repair and maintenance, cleanliness, organization, service timing and quality of products.Accountable to maximize daily sales and effectively manage costs, labor and cash controlMaintain opening, running and closing duties for departmentManage organization and cleanliness of departmental areasResponsible to take proactive approach to guest relations, including time spent on floor interacting with guests, table visits, etc.Ensures the highest level of quality and standards of service.Responsible for all aspects of guest relations and the quality of experience delivered to the guest, i.e. product, timing, service, entertainment, excitement,
etc.Empowers staff to deliver exceptional legendary serviceExecutes any special eventsResponsible to provide management with direct and honest feedback of staff regarding performanceAssist with staff training and employee relationsAssures that staff morale is maintained at a high levelTakes an active part in the recruitment and retention of staffPerforms all other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTSHigh School Diploma or equivalent experienceExperience in high volume Family Entertainment Center BusinessInterest and/or knowledge of motor sportsProven leadership and team skills; ability to motivate and manage staffStrong written, verbal and organizational skillsAbility to work with minimal supervision and make independent decisions and judgement in keeping with the level of the positionMaintain all safety proceduresWillingness to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekendsSensitivity to confidentiality.
Use of discretion regarding personal and confidential employee mattersPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSWalk or stand for extended periods of time.Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs.
