plant and facilitiesAbout the RoleYour responsibilities will include:Preventative and reactive maintenance across production equipmentMechanical fault finding and breakdown responseRepairs, servicing and continuous improvement of plant and machineryWorking across conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, motors, pneumatics, hydraulics and automated production equipmentSupporting planned maintenance programsMinimising production downtimeEnsuring all work is completed safely and to a high standardWorking closely with production and other members of the maintenance teamAbout YouWe are looking for a qualified Maintenance Fitter / Mechanical Fitter who ideally has:Trade qualification in Mechanical Engineering / FittingPrevious experience in ManufacturingStrong mechanical fault-finding skillsExperience with preventative and reactive maintenanceAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamStrong safety focusGood communication and problem-solving skillsA genuine interest in developing a long-term career within a leading manufacturing businessWhy This Chance?
