Manager – Private Business & Family AdvisoryYour new careerWe're looking for a Business Services Manager who wants real ownership of clients, people, and outcomes not just another title change.This is a key leadership role within our Private Business & Family Advisory (PBFA) team, working closely with Partners and senior leaders to deliver practical, commercial advice to a diverse portfolio of privately owned businesses, family groups and entrepreneurs.If you enjoy being handson with clients, leading a capable team, and having a genuine say in how work is delivered, this is a role where your impact will be seen and valued.The opportunityAs a PBFA Manager, you will:Manage and grow a portfolio of quality SME and midmarket clientsAct as a trusted adviser to business owners across accounting, tax and structuring mattersReview complex financial statements and income tax returns across multiple entity typesLead, coach and develop a team of Accountants and SeniorsWork directly with Partners on advisory matters, workflow planning and client strategyContribute to process improvement, systems enhancement and service delivery initiativesThis is a true Manager role combining technical oversight, people leadership and client engagement.What you'll bringWe're keen to speak with professionals who have:CA or CPA qualificationSolid experience in public practice accounting (Business Services / Tax)Current experience at Manager level, or a highperforming Assistant Manager ready to step upStrong technical capability across compliance,
