We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Programs Manager / Head Coach to lead our gymnastics programs, develop our coaching team and help deliver outstanding experiences for our customers and community.This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader who wants to make a real impact by combining program management, coaching, team development and business growth.The RoleReporting to the Centre Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management and operation of our programs, while identifying opportunities to maximise participation, improve program performance and introduce recent initiatives that support the growth of the facility.You will play a key role in ensuring our programs operate safely, efficiently and consistently, while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and quality.Your responsibilities will include:Managing and coordinating gymnastics programs and ensuring they meet agreed goals and targetsIdentifying opportunities to maximise program participation and business growthTraining, coaching and developing gymnastics coachesMaintaining high operating and service standards across programsEnsuring all program equipment is maintained and safe to useSupporting a positive, engaging and enjoyable team cultureIdentifying and addressing performance gaps and implementing improvementsBuilding connections with community groups and supporting participationPromoting access and inclusion across programs and servicesEnsuring all health, safety,



risk and compliance requirements are metAbout YouYou are a passionate gymnastics professional and confident leader who enjoys developing people and creating great experiences for customers.You may already be working in a Programs Manager, Head Coach or senior coaching position, or you may be an experienced gymnastics coach ready to take the next step in your leadership career.You will be:An enthusiastic and motivating leader who can coach and develop othersPassionate about gymnastics and delivering quality programsCustomer-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skillsConfident identifying opportunities to improve programs and participationComfortable building relationships with the local communityPositive, adaptable and willing to champion changeCommitted to creating an inclusive environment where everyone can participateSkills & QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will have:Gymnastics Coaching Accreditation – Intermediate or aboveWorking with Children Check or equivalentNational Police CheckCurrent First Aid and CPRStrong knowledge of gymnastics programsExperience in a leadership, coaching or program coordination role is highly regardedWhy Join Us?
