We remain committed to partner with business units to provide business driven scale and simplification, guidance and delivery of the Enterprise Portfolio and technologies required to enable business capabilities and support the execution of UniSuper's Strategy.Make an impact in this role by improving visibility, resilience and performance across critical business services and technology platforms.The roleThe key focus of this role is to deliver specialised observability outcomes through deep technical expertise and contribute to the ongoing maturity of UniSuper's observability practice.
You will analyse issues, solve complex problems and support technology teams and business stakeholders with effective observability solutions.Deliver observability solutions using Splunk ITSI and Splunk Observability CloudImprove observability practices, standards and offerings through emerging technologiesSupport and advise on observability methodologies and best practicesCollaborate with Information Security teams to support log ingestion requirementsPerform platform administration, data ingestion, configuration and performance optimisationAnalyse incidents and support problem management,



root-cause analysis and incident responseAbout youYou are an experienced observability specialist who enjoys solving complex technical problems and delivering high-quality outcomes.
You apply sound judgement, work collaboratively and bring robust expertise across observability platforms and monitoring practices.Extensive experience managing Splunk Enterprise or Splunk Cloud environmentsHands-on experience developing and administering Splunk ITSIDemonstrated experience deploying observability platforms such as New Relic, Dynatrace or Splunk Observability CloudSound understanding of SRE methodologies, ITIL and monitoring practicesExperience with data pipeline tools such as Cribl, OpenTelemetry and/or Prometheus is highly regardedExposure to Splunk Enterprise Security, SOAR, DevOps practices or cloud-native technologies is advantageousWhat We OfferUniSuper believes that the best way to achieve great things is when we come together and collaborate.
