team-focused and inclusive culture where we genuinely CAReAbout the Role:Deliver high quality repairs in a timely mannerMaintain a safe working environment for all team membersSchedule work for the day and provide direction to the Production team as to what needs to be completed and by whenDevelop a team that can perform to its optimum level, providing coaching and supporting the team throughout their CARe journeyEnsure the correct repair processes and procedures are being followedAssess vehicles once production have stripped and identify additional parts requiredAbout You:Must have experience managing a an automotive repair business (collision repair experience preferred)Strong leadership and people management skills with a proven track record of building and motivating teamsTrade qualification in panel beating and/or spray painting highly regardedA positive attitude and committed to delivering excellence + driving team successExcellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task.Permanent Resident or appropriate Australian working rights.
