Clinical Nurse Consultants and Stream ManagerProvide equitable access to educational support and resources for all permanent and transient staff to enhance clinical knowledge, skills and competenceApply evidence-based practice principles to the development and review of policies and procedures within the clinical environment and broader organisationDeliver current, relevant and evidence-based clinical education to support safe, effective and high-quality patient careAbout youCurrently registered as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Professionals Regulation AgencyRelevant clinical or education post-graduate qualifications and at least 12 months experience working in the relevant clinical area related to your qualifications, or four years post-registration experience including three years' experience in the relevant specialist fieldDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively within the interdisciplinary team using effective communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated effective time management skills and ability to prioritise competing workloads with in a complex environmentDemonstrated knowledge of innovative educational strategies, tools and approaches including e-learningWhat we can offer youExceptional Rewards: Competitive pay and not-for-profit salary packaging to maximise your incomeWorld-Class:
