mine sites and industry eventsIdentify upcoming projects, workforce requirements and labour-hire opportunitiesWork closely with our recruitment team to understand client requirements and deliver quality candidatesManage and grow existing client relationshipsNegotiate commercial agreements and ratesRepresent Workfast professionally within the mining industryContribute to the continued growth and development of our Mining & Resources divisionWhat You Bring to the Team:Mining industry experience highly regardedExisting relationships and contacts within the mining/resources sectorProven Business Development, Account Management or Sales experience OR robust commercial experience within the mining industryExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsA genuine ability to identify opportunities and convert them into businessStrong commercial understanding and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated, driven and comfortable working autonomouslyCurrent Australian Driver's LicenceFull Australian working rightsWhy this role?
