This role will see you working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and offshore delivery partners to gather requirements, define business processes, and support end-to-end ServiceNow solution delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with business stakeholders to understand processes, requirements, and business objectives.Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories.Ensure artefacts and documentation align with governance standards and ServiceNow best practices.Act as the key liaison between business users and ServiceNow technical teams.Support solution design discussions and facilitate requirement workshops.Coordinate with offshore delivery teams to support successful end-to-end project delivery.Manage multiple initiatives and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Collaborate with cross-functional and globally distributed teams.Skills & ExperienceEssential5+ years' Australian experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst or Business Process Consultant.Solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform.Expertise in Service Portal and Workspace.Experience with ServiceNow workflows, data models, APIs, and integrations.Experience across ITSM, CSM, and PSDS modules.Outstanding stakeholder engagement, communication, and relationship management skills.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within project teams.
