Uniting Garden Suburb in Lake Macquarie is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead resident care plans and provide clinical services in our dementia-care focused aged care home.You will assess residents, supervise Personal Care Workers, liaise with health professionals and families, and ensure care meets individual goals.
60 hours per fortnight with AM/PM shifts.
