Your roleAtlas Copco is seeking a Field Service Technician to support our growing customer base across Tasmania.
This is a varied, autonomous role where you'll deliver preventative maintenance, breakdown repairs and technical support to customers across a range of industries.What You'll Be DoingCarrying out preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs on compressed air equipmentDiagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical faultsCompleting on-site repairs, upgrades and equipment commissioningProviding technical support and exceptional customer serviceMaintaining accurate service records and completing service documentationParticipating in an on-call rosterTo succeed, you will needTrade qualification (Mechanical Fitter, Diesel Mechanic, Industrial Mechanic or similar)Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skillsA practical, hands-on approach with a commitment to quality workmanshipExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently in a field-based environment, taking ownership of your schedule and service commitments with support from a Service Planner.Current Australian Driver's Licence and Full Australian working rightsIn return, we offerCompetitive Remuneration Package hourly rates commencing from $***** per hour, plus overtime, on-call allowances and performance incentives,
