We require an experienced fire detection system technician for Essential Fire Service Installations and Repairs on a full time basis.Fire Service Plus is a locally family owned business with a backlog of fire detection installs, upgrades & repairs on the books that require a skilled individual to carry out.Experience in Fire Detection Systems/Vesda installation/programming/fault findingProficient understanding of the Australian Standards (AS ****** & AS *********)To be willing to work hard and be part of a successful teamTo be able to work autonomouslyTo be able to communicate and liaise with customers and fellow employees in a professional mannerTo be able to stay away overnight as requiredTo be able to travel our large portfolio on a daily basisTo hold a current:Cabling LicenceNSW Drivers LicenceEWP/Working at Heights LicenceConstruction/ White CardPolice Criminal CheckWorking With Chldren CheckElectrical Licence (Highly Regarded but not essential)A fully equipped and maintained company vehicle is provided as well as uniforms & phone for company use.Must reside in the Illawarra Region, travel will be required within the role.
