This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Security Architect who can provide trusted architectural guidance, conduct security risk assessments, support system authorisation, and work closely with multidisciplinary project teams to deliver compliant, fit-for-purpose solutions.Location Onsite – Canberra, ACTContract Duration: Initial 12-month contract, with 2 x 12-month extension optionsSecurity Clearance Requirement: Due to the nature of this workplace, candidates must hold a current TSPV/TSPA clearance.This position is open to Australian citizens with a valid security clearance due to role requirements.

cannot provide visa sponsorship for overseas applicants.Essential Tasks:Develop security architecture products and artefacts to support complex ICT project deliveryPrepare security documentation and provide architectural advice to support authorisation and accreditation activitiesConduct security risk assessments and recommend practical treatments for identified risks and issuesRepresent the security function at project, governance, assurance, and architecture forumsKey Criteria:Demonstrated experience providing security architecture advice across complex ICT systems in secure environmentsStrong knowledge of information security, information assurance, compliance frameworks, and accreditation processesProven experience conducting security risk assessments and developing security documentationHighly effective stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
