there is potential to develop your skills and move into operator and control-room positions.We are looking for someone who:Can reliably work 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM night shiftsIs reliable, safety-focused and willing to learnHas an interest in progressing into higher-skilled operational rolesHas good computer and technical skillsIs comfortable working around machinery and processing equipmentExperience or knowledge of plastics, recycling or waste processing is highly preferredPrevious experience with plant operations, machinery, automation or SCADA systems would be an advantageHas the ability to follow procedures and work as part of a teamIs keen to build a long-term career and take on additional responsibilityMust be prepared to wear full PPEMust be OK with loud, dusty manufacturing environment, and recycled rubbishCareer ProgressionThis is more than just a sorting position.
