Your starting salary will be $62,500 plus commission, plus super, plus car parking supplied.You will be based at our modern office in Southport and there is no night time or weekend work required.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to client enquiries via phone,



email and client portalAssist clients with matters relating to their current loanAccurately update customer records and notes in our CRM systemMaintain a professional, calm and customer-focused approach alwaysAbout YouYou're proactive, professional, and understand the importance of fairness and clear communication in financial services.To be successful, you'll have:Strong phone manner — confident, friendly, professional and appropriately assertiveAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environmentCalm under pressure and comfortable handling difficult customer conversationsStrong attention to detail and good numerical aptitudeSolid computer skills and confidence learning new systemsTeam-focused attitude with a strong work ethic and reliabilityExperience in finance is not essential; customer-service experience in a fast-paced environment is highly regarded
