In this full time role, you will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for a wide range of landscaping projects, pricing to win, ensuring the company remains competitive and profitable.What you'll be doingAnalyse project specifications, blueprints, and other relevant documents to determine material, labour, and equipment requirementsPrepare detailed cost estimates, including itemised breakdowns of direct and indirect costsCollaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to clarify project requirements and negotiate contract termsMaintain a comprehensive database of supplier and subcontractor information, pricing, and availabilityStay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and changing regulations that could impact project costsProvide support and advice to the estimating team,



sharing your expertise and helping to streamline processesWhat we're looking forProven experience as a Landscape Estimator or similar role in the construction industryStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specificationsProficient in the use of Bluebeam and ExcelExcellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholdersDegree in construction management, quantity surveying, or a related field, or equivalent industry experienceKnowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practicesWhat we offerYou'll enjoy a competitive salary and opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
