Grace Coaches is a family-owned and operated bus company with a fleet of 15 vehicles, including minibuses, school buses and coaches.We are seeking a reliable and motivated Yard Person to assist with the day-to-day upkeep of our fleet and depot.
This is a permanent full-time role offering a market-competitive salary and flexible working hours.About the roleThis position is hands-on and suits someone who enjoys working independently, taking initiative and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.Washing, cleaning and detailing buses and coachesGeneral yard and depot maintenanceRefuelling vehicles as requiredMoving vehicles within the depot and yardSupporting drivers and operations staff as neededIdentifying and reporting maintenance or safety issuesMaintaining a safe, tidy and organised depotMust havesGood verbal and written skillsMR licence advantageousAbility to work autonomouslyStrong self-management and organisational skillsAbility to identify tasks that need to be done and take initiativeWhat we offerStable role with a family-owned local business
