you will bring:Minimum an approved Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent (no working towards)A genuine passion for working with children and familiesStrong knowledge of child development, inclusive practice and the Early Years Learning FrameworkThe ability to observe, document and assess children's learning and developmentKnowledge of the Education and Care Services National Law **** and National Regulations ****Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience and strong organisational skills, initiative and the ability to work with minimal supervisionGood computer skills, including Microsoft Word and StoryPark (preferred)A commitment to child safety, well-being and professional conductReliability, sound judgement and alignment with our service valuesThe physical capacity to perform the responsibilities of a Qualified EducatorEssential RequirementsApplicants must have:Approved Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification in accordance with the Education and Care Services National RegulationsCurrent Working with Children CheckCurrent Police Check (less than six months old)Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
