This is a hands-on and diverse role suited to someone who already has a strong foundation in residential real estate and enjoys being involved across every stage of the sales process.
You'll work closely with the Partner across campaigns, client appointments, buyer management, prospecting and day-to-day sales activity, while being supported by an experienced administration and marketing team.Key responsibilitiesWork directly alongside a Partner of the businessSupport residential sales campaigns from listing through to exchangeAttend appraisals, listing presentations and client appointmentsAttend photography, videography and property marketing appointmentsConduct open homes and private inspectionsManage buyer enquiries and follow-upProspect and build relationships with local homeownersMaintain regular communication with buyers and vendorsManage and nurture relationships within the sales databaseAssist with campaign preparation and new listingsAbout youMinimum 12 months' experience within the real estate industryPrevious experience in residential sales or a similar roleConfident communicating with buyers, vendors and prospective clientsStrong communication and relationship-building skillsHighly organised with excellent attention to detail and follow-upComfortable attending appointments and representing the team professionallyProactive, motivated and able to take initiativeCurrent NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Agent LicenceCurrent Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicleAbout usAt Stone Real Estate, we offer a different approach to property services.
