This role is focused on building strong, long-term relationships with clients, activating new accounts, and helping brands unlock value through effective UGC strategies.You will work closely with clients to understand their marketing objectives, guide them on UGC best practices, and support concierge clients in developing high-impact content strategies.This role offers the chance to learn UGC strategy from the ground up, gain direct client exposure, and step into greater account ownership as you grow.ResponsibilitiesClient Growth & ActivationDrive acquisition, activation, and growth of tail-end clients on the platformCollaborate with the Account Manager to evaluate client performance, iterate on strategies, and implement improvements that drive sustained growth.Identify opportunities to increase client spend and platform adoptionBuild a strong pipeline and consistently meet growth targetsClient Relationship ManagementDevelop and maintain long-term relationships with clientsAct as the main point of contact for assigned accountsEnsure high client satisfaction and retentionWork with clients to develop effective UGC and influencer marketing strategiesGuide concierge clients on content direction, creator selection, and performance optimisationProvide insights and recommendations based on campaign performance and industry trendsMarket & Industry AwarenessStay up to date with digital marketing trends,



especially in UGC and influencer marketingBring insights from the Australian market to improve offerings and positioningCross-functional CollaborationWork closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to improve client experienceProvide feedback to internal teams based on client needs and market demandRequirements5 years' experience in advertising, marketing, account coordination, or digital growth rolesStrong understanding of the digital ecosystem, including paid social, content, and performance marketingHands-on experience or strong knowledge of UGC and influencer marketingProven ability to manage client relationships and drive growthExcellent communication and presentation skillsCommercial mindset with a focus on revenue growth and client successAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related fieldMust have full working rights in Australia (Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident).
