My client, an established & growing D&C; HVAC contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to join their growing Melbourne team.Working across a strong pipeline of commercial, fit out, refurbishment and defence projects, this is an opportunity to take ownership of site delivery while working alongside an experienced project management and engineering team on a growing portfolio of work.AboutAs Mechanical Site Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of mechanical services on site, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.Duties will include but not be limited to:Managing day-to-day HVAC site activities and subcontractorsCoordinating mechanical works with builders, trades and other servicesManaging site teams and ensuring works are delivered to programReviewing drawings, specifications and construction documentationMonitoring quality, safety and installation standardsCoordinating materials, deliveries and labour requirementsWorking closely with the Project Manager and broader delivery teamIdentifying and resolving site issues before they impact program or costAttending site meetings and providing regular project updatesSupporting commissioning,
