This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career within the pool and spa industry whilst working for a company that values professional development and customer satisfaction.Key responsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new sales opportunities with both residential and commercial customersBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat businessPresent and demonstrate pool, spa and associated products, equipment, and solutions to potential customersProvide expert advice and recommendations based on customer needs and preferencesNegotiate pricing and terms to close sales whilst maintaining profitabilityPrepare accurate quotations and sales proposals for customersAchieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targetsRecord and manage customer information and sales data accurately in our systemsLiaise with our operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfactionStay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offeringsAttend customer site visits and conduct product demonstrations as requiredWhat we're looking forProven track record in a sales role, preferably within the pool & spa and/or plumbing industry, retail, or a related sectorStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quicklyExcellent negotiation skills and a customer-focused approach to closing salesSelf-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organisational skills and attention to detailProficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applicationsValid driver's licence and willingness to travel to customer sitesKnowledge of pool & spa and Plumbing products, equipment and maintenance is advantageousAbility to manage multiple priorities and work in a rapid-paced environmentProfessional presentation skills and a positive attitude towards customer serviceWhat we offerAt Australian Pool Products, we believe in rewarding our team members for their hard work and dedication.
