About the roleWe're an established and respected mid- to high-end landscape-gardening business servicing a large client base in the Sydney metro area, particularly the Eastern Suburbs and Lower North Shore.
We maintain and renovate a wide range of gardens to a high standard.
We work Mon-Fri, usually from 7.30 to 3.00.
As we head towards Spring, we need a recent Team Leader to join us.Key responsibilitiesLead and support the team in delivering high-standard garden servicesAbout youExcellent communication skills, super reliable, able to work hard and have a laugh at the same timeExperience with a hedger, whipper snipper and mowerPrevious work experience in garden maintenance OR have recently completed a horticulture or similar courseDemonstrate some plant knowledge; a genuine interest in gardens is essentialAvailable for a 7.30 start, usually in the Eastern Suburbs or Lower North ShoreWorking rights in AustraliaOutgoing, positive attitude with a strong work ethic
