About the Role
You will work with children and families across the Gold Coast, Tweed and NSW Northern Rivers regions, delivering assessment and intervention services within an evidence-based Key Worker and Early Childhood Intervention framework.
Our client base primarily includes:
Children aged 0-12 yearsNDIS participantsEarly intervention clientsChildren with developmental delaysAutism Spectrum DisorderSpeech, language and communication disordersMotor speech disordersSocial communication challengesFeeding and swallowing needs

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessmentsDevelop and implement individualised intervention plansDeliver evidence-based therapy servicesBuild the capacity of families and caregiversCollaborate with educators,



health professionals and community supportsWork within a transdisciplinary Key Worker modelMaintain high-quality documentation and reportsContribute to service improvement and innovation
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking an experienced clinician who is passionate about helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.
Essential Requirements
Bachelor or Master's Degree in Speech PathologyEligibility for Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) statusMinimum 7 years' experienceExperience working with children and familiesStrong clinical reasoning skillsExcellent communication and relationship-building abilitiesCurrent Driver LicenceWorking With Children CheckNDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain)
